A great day mountain biking with a group on the North Face Trail.
We learnt all about risk assessments before the ride and about analysing our activity and continuing our risk assessment as the day went on.
We also learnt about the area we were biking in and about conservation.
We introduced some of the group to one our native wild fruits : the bilberry.
After we all warmed up and got used to the hard cycling uphill we were able to enjoy the downhill technical bits.
Well done everyone, some people seemed to be naturals and others worked hard and achieved a lot by the end, great day guys.
